Description
The steam door is an essential part of the steam room. It must prevent steam to escape and excess water created from moist to stay inside the room. Our steam door set complies this basic requirements and even have greater features for better use.
The steam door is concealed with rubber gasket, a magnetic lock, stainless door handle set and water catcher to drip the water into floor drain. The frame is made from aluminum which is rust free. Door glass is tempered and can sustain in high temperature. Easy to mount using silicone or with screws. Actual glass size is 27 1/2" W x 70" H.

Why is there a gap at the bottom of my steam door?
Steam doors are not completely airtight; they have a small gap at the bottom for ventilation. The gap between the bottom edge of the door and the door sill serves as the air intake vent for the steam room. This does not allow steam to escape, since steam is lighter than air, and rises. The gap at the bottom of the door also allows cooler air to enter the shower for a denser steam experience.
